Environmental and Social Management Systems

Proposal Coordination
We oversee the entire proposal process and team to ensure a comprehensive and high-quality submission. We act as the liaison between staff, partners, and other stakeholders, fostering effective communication. We develop and maintain the proposal calendar, ensuring timely decision-making, assigning writing, budgeting and other tasks, and conducting regular status checks. We coordinate internal reviews and manage approval processes, while collaborating with senior staff to establish and maintain relationships with both local and international partners, ensuring they clearly understand their roles and responsibilities and receive timely updates throughout the process.
